Years is a free, on-device longevity practice for iPhone. No account, no subscription — if something is wrong, write and say so.

Please include your iOS version and a short description of what you expected vs what happened. Do not send Health exports or photos — support does not need them, and Years never uploads them.

Common questions

Why is my biological age a rough estimate?
Without lab blood markers, the model uses HealthKit signals (especially Cardio Fitness when available). Settings → About states the error band and what the number is not.

Do I need an Apple Watch?
Anything that writes resting heart rate into Apple Health can produce a number and a trend. An Apple Watch improves signal quality (VO₂max, sleep, daylight). With no health data, Years still opens and says the estimate is rough.

Is Heartbeats a prediction of when I die?
No. It is a contemplative countdown from life-table style expectancy and pulse — a visualization that life is finite, not a clinical forecast.

What leaves my phone?
Nothing for Years’ product path. See the privacy policy.
